Service Provider:

  1. How to set up the account?
    If you have already set up a profile on the Service Provider platform, you can directly sign-in. If you are signing up, we request you to provide an active email address. A verification email will be sent to your registered email for you to successfully set up your profile. Please check spam in case you do not receive verification email within a few minutes.
  2. How to set up the profile?
    In order to set up your profile, visit the top right ‘Settings’ section & click on ‘Profile’. Please provide the information for the required fields. You will need to add relevant certifications for the service categories you wish to oer. After successfully submitting your profile, the operator will verify the uploaded certificates to register you as an ocial Get Me Fitt service provider. You will now be able to schedule & conduct classes for verified categories.
  3. How to upload additional certificates after being registered/verified by the portal?
    To submit additional certificates, please proceed to your profile page. Within this section you will find the option to upload relevant certificates for the categories you wish to serve. Upon uploading, kindly submit your profile for the verification process. The Get Me Fitt team will then assess & authenticate the relevant certificates & categories.
  4. How to create a class?
    The class creation window for service providers extends to six months. i. Start by choosing the class type, giving it a name, picking a category, describing it, and adding images. ii. Determine the duration and scheduling type (daily or custom), and set up date and time slots for your class. iii. Review all the details and then hit the publish button to make your class live.
  5. How to conduct a class?
    Under ‘Upcoming Classes’ you will find a compilation of all classes scheduled for the upcoming week. The option to ‘Start Class” will become active 10 minutes before the scheduled class start time. In “My classes” section, you will have access to a summary of all classes scheduled so far.
  6. How to edit class?
    i. The system allows you to edit the class name, description & images only once you have created a class.
    ii. Any class can be edited 30 minutes prior to schedule time only if there is no enrollment.
  7. How to cancel class?
    i. Canceling a class is possible only 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time.
    ii. If the service provider does not join within 10 mins of the scheduled time the class is automatically canceled.
  8. How to join a class?
    Access to a class is enabled 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
  9. Can the profile be disabled?
    Get Me Fitt reserves the right to disable a verified account in case of the following –
    i. If the service provider does not cancel the class before time
    ii. If the service provider consecutively fails to join the classes on time
    iii. In case of any complaints by subscribers with respect to unacceptable behavior or misconduct
    iv. Consistent negative customer feedback about the service oering (in this case the comments/feedback will be assessed by Get Me Fitt)
  10. How will payouts work?
    i. The service provider will only be given credits for those subscribers who attended the class.
    ii. Payments will be processed oine through Get Me Fitt. Consumer

1. How does the platform work?
Get Me Fitt platform helps consumers connect with the right service providers based on their individual health and fitness needs. Consumers have the ability to use the search & filter feature to identify service providers who meet their criteria. Consumers can opt for group or 1-1 classes based on their preferences. The platform uses a credits system. Consumers can buy credits in advance & book classes accordingly.

2. How to get access to the account?
You can sign up for a consumer account using your registered email ID and password. After sign-up, a verification code will be sent to your registered email. Enter the code and set up your profile.

3. What is the class pricing?
The pricing for consumers is based on a credit system.* The cost of each class may vary depending on factors such as the service provider’s tier, class duration, category, and class type. We provide transparent pricing details for each class, enabling consumers to make informed choices based on their preferences and budget. *1 credit = $0.2

4. What if the user cannot remember the password?
Please click on the “forgot password’ link. Subsequently, an email containing a verification code will be sent to you. Proceed to enter this code & create a new password in order to restore access to your account.

5. What is the typical class duration?
The choices for class duration are predefined. You have the option to select either a 30 minutes or 60 minute class.

6. When can I join a class?
Access to a class is enabled 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.

7. What if the service provider does not join class?
If the service provider fails to join the class within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, the class automatically stands canceled. You will get a refund for the credits used to book the class.

8. How do I report an issue?
To initiate a complaint or review against a service provider please send an email to support@getmefitt.com.

9. Credit purchases process
Navigate to the “Credits” or “Wallet” section within the app. In this section specify the desired number of credits you would like to purchase. Once you proceed to payment, you will have to provide your card details securely and complete the payment.
