Payments and Fees

Get Me Fitt will set their own prices for the services they offer through the App.
We may deduct transaction fees or commissions from the payments made by consumers to service providers.
Refunds or disputes related to payments will be handled in accordance with our refund policy.
Get Me Fitt facilitates the collection and processing of payments for the fitness services offered by service providers.
Get Me Fitt reserves the right to deduct credits or earnings from the service provider’s account at its discretion, in the case of a consumer refund.

Intellectual Property

The App and its content, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, images, videos, and software, are the property of Get Me Fitt or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the App.

Termination

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Consumer application operated by Get Me Fitt. By accessing or using this portal, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Platform Services

The Get Me Fitt Consumer application connects you with fitness providers offering remote fitness services.
The application allows you to browse, book, and participate in fitness classes or training sessions offered by fitness providers.
You are responsible for selecting and participating in appropriate fitness classes or sessions based on your individual needs, abilities, and health conditions.
You agree to behave respectfully towards fitness providers and other users of the App. Any inappropriate or abusive behavior may result in the termination of your account.

Refund Policy

Get Me Fitt will process a full refund of credits through the App if a consumer cancels the booking for any reason.
No refund will be given if the consumer books a class and chooses not to attend the class.
Get Me Fitt will process a full refund through the App if the fitness service provider does not join the class.
